{"id":2925,"date":"2016-10-27T14:09:08","date_gmt":"2016-10-27T13:09:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amdf-centre.org\/?p=2925"},"modified":"2026-07-05T20:21:40","modified_gmt":"2026-07-05T19:21:40","slug":"contest-seeks-cancer-reporting-worldwide","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amdf-centre.org\/2016\/10\/27\/contest-seeks-cancer-reporting-worldwide\/","title":{"rendered":"Contest seeks cancer reporting [Worldwide"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Print, online and broadcast journalists can apply for an award.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/cancerworld.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?hl=en-GB&amp;q=http:\/\/cancerworld.net\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1477657926011000&amp;usg=AFQjCNG1o8RgzBH4NgmUVigAUKrlQAdEZg\">Cancer World<\/a>\u00a0Journalism Award seeks\u00a0outstanding pieces of journalism that are\u00a0changing the way people think about cancer.<\/p>\n<p>The contest has four\u00a0categories:\u00a0patient and carer experience; research, science and treatment; policy, services and affordability; and prevention.<\/p>\n<p>Works must have been published or broadcast between Jan. 1,\u00a02015 and Sept. 30,\u00a02016.\u00a0Non-English entries must include an English translation.<\/p>\n<p>Winners will receive EUR1,500 (US$1,645)\u00a0in each category.
