Carter Journalism Institute<\/a> of New York University invites applications for the Matthew Power Literary Reporting Award, in honor of the late\u00a0journalist who reported empathetically on the human condition\u00a0and died on assignment in Uganda in March 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The winner will receive US$12,500, NYU ID and full online and onsite NYU Bobst Library research and reference privileges, as well as\u00a0an office at the NYU Arthur L.
