The 68th\u00a0Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting<\/a>, a conference dedicated to physiology and medicine, will take place June 24 to 29 in Lindau, Germany. About 600 young scientists from all over the world will meet 42 Nobel Laureates. Journalists will have the opportunity to network with participants and arrange specific interviews with laureates. Open Society Foundations<\/a>\u00a0are soliciting proposals for the\u00a0Documentary Photography Project<\/a>.The program is interested in showcasing the work of photographers and artists who expand the visual language of documentary photography, including those who use new or creative visual strategies, investigative\/storytelling approaches or technologies. Selected photographers will also receive a fellowship of US$30,000 to US$60,000 to support ongoing or future work on the theme of migration.
